#HePlusShe Unity Challenge : A Movement For Balanced World
Man or woman, both are the best creation as Human. They have power to protect and destroy creations. But there are more destroyers in the world today than savers. Just as men and women are destroying themselves in baseless, irrational, unhealthy competition and rivalry, they are also pushing the next generation towards destruction.
Large families in Bangladesh and other countries have broken up into small families and now the society is in darkness due to reluctance to form families, abnormal rate of divorce, feticide, birth of children without fathers, adultery and other horrible social ills. As a result, depression, mental illness, and suicide rates have increased.
The reality is that men and women cannot move forward without each other. Both men and women must work together to end all forms of domestic and social violence, to provide a stable and reliable family structure for future generations, and to build a peaceful world. We have to cooperate with each other. The relationship between men and women is of respect not competitive.
The Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS) has come up with the “#HePlusShe Unity Challenge: A Movement For Balanced World” aimed at ensuring peaceful coexistence of women and men, building unity and a better world together.
Rules for participating in the challenge:
- Take a picture of unity (togetherness, coexistence, cooperation, encouragement, respect etc.) one/a group of male and female.
- Post and share the picture in this group www.facebook.com/groups/globallawthinkers and use the Challenge hashtags: #HePlusShe Unity Challenge, #man_woman_unity #GLTS #GlobalLawThinkersSociety #GLTS #TogetherBuildBetterWorld, #women_and_Men_Unity_Challenge #balancedworld
- Invite your friends to vote (like and comment) on the picture.
- Invite and encourage others to participate in the challenge.
- Winner will be selected based on highest vote and selection procedure by the Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS) Judges Panel.
- Winners will receive an exciting prize from the Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS) and a golden opportunity to participate in the ” Guardians of the Earth : World Leadership Fiesta and Awards-2022″ program.

মানুষ সে নারী বা পুরুষ, উভয়েই সৃষ্টির সেরা জীব। মানুষের আছে সৃষ্টির রক্ষা ও ধ্বংসের ক্ষমতা। কিন্তু পৃথিবীতে আজ রক্ষাকারী থেকে ধ্বংসকারী বেশি। পুরুষ ও নারী, ভিত্তিহীন, অবিবেচক, অসুস্থ প্রতিযোগিতা ও প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতায় নিজেদেরকে যেমন ধ্বংস করছে তেমনি পরবর্তী প্রজন্মকেও ধংসের দিকে ঠেলে দিচ্ছে।
বাংলাদেশসহ বহির্বিশ্ব বড় পরিবার ভেঙে ছোট পরিবার আর বর্তমানে পরিবার গঠনে অনীহা, অস্বাভাবিকহারে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদ, ভ্রূণহত্যা, পিতৃ পরিচয়হীন সন্তান জন্ম, পরকীয়া সহ নানা ভয়াবহ সামাজিক ব্যাধিতে অন্ধকারাচ্ছন্ন। যার ফলে বিষণ্ণতা, মানসিক রোগ, আত্মহত্যার হার বেড়ে গেছে।
বাস্তবতা হল, নারী ও পুরুষ একে অন্যকে ছাড়া এগোতে পারবেনা। নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়ের প্রতি পারিবারিক, সামাজিক সব ধরনের সহিংসতা বন্ধ করতে, ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য স্থির ও নির্ভরযোগ্য পারিবারিক কাঠামো দিতে ও শান্তিময় বিশ্ব গড়তে উভয়কেই পাশাপাশি চলতে হবে। একে অপরকে সহযোগিতা করতে হবে। নারী-পুরুষের সম্পর্ক হবে সম্মানের, প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীতার নয়।
নারী ও পুরুষ শান্তিময় সহবস্থান নিশ্চিত করা, ঐক্য গড়ে তোলা এবং একটি উন্নত বিশ্ব গড়ে তোলার উদ্দেশ্যে গ্লোবাল ল’থিঙ্কারস সোসাইটি (জিএলটিএস) #নারী_পুরুষ_ঐক্য চ্যালেঞ্জ: ভারসাম্যপূর্ণ বিশ্বের জন্য একটি আন্দোলন (#HePlusShe Unity Challenge: A Movement For Balanced World) নিয়ে এসেছে।

চ্যালেঞ্জে অংশগ্রহনের নিয়মাবলীঃ
১। একজন/একদল নারী ও পুরুষ মিলে ঐক্যের (একতা, সহাবস্থান, সহযোগিতা, উৎসাহ ইত্যাদি) ছবি তুলুন।
